If you or your pet aren't happy, we're not happy. Every Pawnest order is backed by a 30-day guarantee.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original condition. To start a return, email support@pawnest.store with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll approve your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions

Personalized/engraved items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
